Enjoyable even if not in the field!
Read the full reviewJoy Moore has exposed the excellent, the mediocre and the less than beautiful side of working in the dental field. Fellow assistants, dental hygienists, front desk staff and dentists themselves will find themselves saying "Oh, yeah!" or " Did that really happen?" or recalling similar situations with patients or colleagues. But anyone who has been in the dental chair as a patient will also find this an enjoyable read.

First Impressions was a Joy!
Read the full reviewI throughly enjoyed this “peek behind the mask” into the dental industry, through the eyes of an experienced dental assistant! Loved the humor, honesty and insight into personalities and issues (“perks, quirks and jerks”) that transcend dentistry! Readers who are “a bit long in the tooth,” will likely identify with the complexities of working in an industry that values youth over experience. First Impressions is full of heart, authenticity and ultimately hope.
